You can go to www.fbi.gov and read more or you can click this link to check to see if your computer is infected with this virus that your Nortons or whatever security program you use can not detect. You can go here the shortcut and click on the link to see if you have been infected and then if you have the it will give you a link to fix it. http://www.dcwg.org/detect/
